1. As-is Sale: All Vehicles are sold "AS IS," "WHERE IS," and "WITH ALL FOULTS." The seller make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the vehicles.

2. Payment Terms: Payments must be made in cash only.

3. Wining Bidder: Vehicles Purchased must be towed from the tow yard. NO MECHANICAL WORK IS ALLOWED IN THE TOW YARD. All items found within a purchased vehicle are the property of the buyer.

4. Auction Postponement or Cancellation: G. S. California Towing Inc. reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to postpone or cancel a sale at anytime, with or without notice. G.S. California Towing Inc. will not be liable to the buyer for any loss or damage resulting from such postponement or cancellation. G.S. California Towing Inc. reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from the auction at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.

5. The buyer is allotted a maximum of 24 hours to complete payment and retrieve the vehicle.
